Looney Tunes has to be Warner Brothers’ most glorious gift to the wonderful world of animation. It is both WB's first animated theatrical series and the second longest continuous animated series in any medium.
The regular Warner Bros. animation cast also became known as the "Looney Tunes" or "Looney Toons” as it was often misspelled.
How many Looney Tunes characters can you name? Come on, from the top: Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, Pepe Le Pew, Tweety, Sylvester the cat, Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote, Yosemite Sam, Speedy Gonzales and Tasmanian Devil. Well that’s some of the more famous ones anyway, there are too many to list them all here.
